Restart the Alevia app: #
Close the Alevia app, typically swiping up from the bottom of the screen. Open your recent apps, typically swiping up from the bottom of the screen, and swipe up on the Alevia app to completely close it. Open the Alevia app and see if the headset will now connect.
Enable Bluetooth on your device: #
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on “Bluetooth”.
- Toggle on the switch to enable Bluetooth.
Allow Bluetooth permission: #
